LibertyCon, I am early
Let the geekery commence!
Because I am of an age where while I can still do a 12-hour drive barreling down the highway belting out “East Bound and Down” at the top of my lungs, that doesn’t mean it’s always the best choice. So after two 6-hour drives and a layover in Marion, Illinois (not to be confused with Marion, South Dakota, where I went through high school) I arrived in Chattanooga earlier this afternoon, settled into my pre-convention hotel and made a Costco run to acquire beverages and nibbles for the room party I’m hosting Saturday evening.
I won’t rehash my schedule - which you can find in my earlier post. But I did say that I will have all of my books available, and if you catch me at a panel, in the hallway or at the room party I’ve got a couple of ways of saying thanks.
First off, I’ll be doing a Buy 2, Get 1 Free for all my titles - at $15 per book that’s a 33% discount, or 3 books for $30.
Second, if you buy something from me, or have me autograph a book you already own (hopefully one I wrote or contributed to!) - I’ll give you a discount code to my merch site, shop.wallbangercreative.com.
Looking forward to seeing everyone who’s coming! Safe travels to those inbound.
PS - I got a haircut before leaving…and a little something more.
I call it, “Santa Claus of Flavortown”.
